Terms and Conditions for 3ptti – Everything You Need to Know Before Playing

1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player," "you," "your") and 3ptti ("the Platform," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of the online gaming platform accessible at 3ptti.ws. These Terms govern your access to and use of all services, games, features, promotions, and content made available by 3ptti.

By creating an account on 3ptti, making a deposit, or participating in any game or promotion, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not register an account or use the 3ptti platform in any capacity.

3ptti is designed specifically for Pakistani players. All accounts are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). These Terms are written in plain English to ensure Pakistani players can understand their rights and obligations without needing legal expertise to interpret them. Where a clause is ambiguous, 3ptti will apply a reasonable interpretation in good faith.

2. Eligibility and Registration

2.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to register an account and use any service offered by 3ptti. The platform employs age verification checks during and after registration. If 3ptti determines at any point that a player is under 18, the account will be suspended immediately, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits made will be returned. 3ptti takes underage gaming extremely seriously and has zero tolerance for any attempt to circumvent age restrictions.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility

3ptti is operated for and marketed to players based in Pakistan. By registering, you confirm that you are accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not explicitly prohibited by local law as it applies to your individual circumstances. It is your sole responsibility to determine the legality of online gaming in your specific location and to comply with applicable local rules.

2.3 One Account Per Person

Each player is permitted to hold exactly one active 3ptti account. Opening duplicate accounts — whether under the same identity, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — is strictly prohibited. Where 3ptti identifies duplicate accounts, all accounts may be suspended, bonuses forfeited, and winnings withheld pending investigation. Only one of the duplicate accounts may be restored at 3ptti's discretion.

2.4 Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, complete, and current information when registering your 3ptti account. This includes your legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and any payment account details used for deposits and withdrawals. Providing false information during registration is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

3. Account Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 3ptti login credentials — your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account access with any other person under any circumstances. 3ptti will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account where such access arose from your failure to keep credentials secure.

You must notify 3ptti support immediately at support@3ptti.ws if you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation. 3ptti will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification, but cannot reverse transactions that occurred before the notification was received.

3.1 Account Suspension and Closure

3ptti reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account that:

• Is found to be a duplicate of an existing account
• Was registered using false or inaccurate personal information
• Is associated with fraudulent payment activity or chargebacks
• Has been used to engage in collusion, cheating, or any form of game manipulation
• Belongs to a person under 18 years of age
• Has not been logged into for a period exceeding 12 consecutive months (inactive account)

Where an account is closed due to a Terms breach, 3ptti reserves the right to withhold the remaining balance pending investigation. Where closure is due to inactivity only, the remaining PKR balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after deduction of any applicable inactivity administration fee as disclosed at the time of notification.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

3ptti accepts the following payment methods for both deposits and withdrawals by Pakistani players:

Processing times are indicative and may vary during periods of high demand, public holidays, or due to your payment provider's own processing schedules. 3ptti is not responsible for delays caused by your bank or mobile wallet provider.

4.2 PKR Only

All 3ptti accounts are denominated exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). 3ptti does not accept deposits in foreign currencies and does not apply currency conversion to player accounts. The amount you deposit is the amount credited to your balance, with no conversion deductions.

4.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals may only be made to payment accounts that are registered in your name and that have been previously used to make a deposit to your 3ptti account. This is a standard anti-money-laundering requirement that applies to all players. Withdrawals to third-party accounts — including family members' accounts — are not permitted under any circumstances.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

3ptti offers various promotions, welcome bonuses, cashback offers, leaderboard prizes, and other incentives to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to that promotion, in addition to these general bonus terms. In the case of a conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms take precedence.

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Most bonuses offered by 3ptti carry a wagering requirement — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (or in some cases the deposit plus bonus amount) that must be reached in qualifying game play before the bonus and any associated winnings can be withdrawn. For example, a wagering requirement of 20x applied to a Rs 1,000 bonus means you must wager Rs 20,000 in qualifying games before the bonus converts to withdrawable cash.

Game contributions toward wagering requirements vary by game type. Unless a specific promotion states otherwise:

• Teen Patti, Andar Bahar: 100% contribution
• Poker (cash games): 100% contribution
• Aviator: 100% contribution
• Baccarat (Banker/Player bets): 50% contribution
• Virtual Sports: 100% contribution
• Baccarat Tie bets: 0% contribution

5.2 Bonus Expiry

All bonuses awarded by 3ptti carry an expiry period from the date of issue. Unless specified otherwise in a promotion, bonuses and their associated wagering requirements must be completed within 30 calendar days of the bonus being credited to your account. Bonuses not cleared within the expiry period will be forfeited without compensation.

5.3 Bonus Abuse

3ptti takes bonus integrity seriously. Any player found to be exploiting bonus offers through the use of multiple accounts, systematic low-risk betting designed specifically to clear wagering requirements without genuine gameplay risk, or any other form of bonus manipulation will have their bonus and associated winnings forfeited and may face permanent account closure.

Each game available on 3ptti is governed by its own specific game rules, which are accessible within the game interface. These game-specific rules are incorporated by reference into these Terms. By participating in any game on 3ptti, you confirm that you have reviewed the applicable rules for that game.

6.1 General Conduct Standards

Players on 3ptti are expected to conduct themselves with basic respect toward other players, dealers, and the platform. Prohibited conduct includes but is not limited to:

• Using abusive, offensive, or threatening language in any chat function
• Deliberately disrupting the gameplay experience of other players
• Making false complaints against other players in bad faith
• Impersonating another player, 3ptti staff member, or any other individual
• Attempting to access any area of the 3ptti platform that is not intended for your account level

Violations of conduct standards may result in temporary suspension of chat and communication features, or in serious cases, permanent account closure at 3ptti's discretion.

6.2 Technical Issues During Games

3ptti operates on reliable infrastructure but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. In the event of a technical failure that interrupts a live game round, 3ptti will take reasonable steps to resolve the round fairly based on the game state at the point of interruption. For live dealer games with physical cards, the outcome is determined by the dealing state at interruption. For Aviator, the outcome at disconnection will follow the auto cash-out setting if one was active. 3ptti's decision on disputed technical outcomes is final subject to the disputes process in Section 10.
